I think we could all benefit from a bit of rewilding. There’s a rewilding school close to me. Perhaps you can find one close to you.
There’s no scientific or genetic basis for race.
A personal example: Despite the fact that everyone on both sides of my family identified as African-American going back several generations, and that I myself identify as African-American, according to my DNA I am 50.6% White European (25% England, 14% Ireland/Scotland/Wales, and the rest from a few other Europe west countries).
