The Newest Therapy Dupe? Starting a Men’s Group
I decided to ask the Style Girlfriend community on Instagram if they have their own version of Men’s Group™… The response? Immediate, positive, and heart-warming. Stories flooded in of dedicated friend gatherings, and even a few wistful, “I don’t have this, but I wish I did!” responses.
I was honored to have a small bit of my own experience included in this.

To put any thoughtful labour into crafting words online today is to watch them get sucked up, repurposed, and often monetized by someone else. It feels a bit like a digital wasteland; overrun with pirates, replete with armies of robots regurgitating everything into a gooey cocktail of digital sludge.
