The weekend begins…
Good night.
What I woke up to this morning…
The city forestry guys were out shortly after we called them, took good care of removing the limb, moving the truck, and then cut and cleaned everything up.
Just very minor scuffs and scratches.
Straight from the bottle.
Support your local dive bar.
Sometimes progress just looks like a second coat.
Here’s the adoption agency’s glamor shot of our new family member, Ernest Ducky Rhone. We’ve only had him for a couple of days but he’s already settled in. A happy little good boy who loves to play and snuggle. He’s sleeping right up next to me as I type this.
The girl and I on our way to check out The Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library at Yale. Just as beautiful as I remember too.
First time back here in 40 years. Right around the corner from my old school. As good as I remembered.
