I was given a Kramer Knife. An incredible and humbling gift of thanks from a friend. The best in the world. Hand made. A long wait list to get one. If you have to ask the price you likely can’t afford it. It’s what the top professionals use. I’m going to have to up my kitchen game.
To see why it’s the best look at the video with Anthony Bourdain and Bob Kramer here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4x0f2b_0kn0

Be soft. Do not let the world make you hard. Do not let pain make you hate. Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness. Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree, you still believe it to be a beautiful place.
