One would do themselves well, on this 50th Anniversary of Bloody Sunday, to read Say Nothing: A True Story of Murder and Memory in Northern Ireland by Patrick Radden Keefe. It is the most fascinating and readable account of of The Troubles, and that day, I’ve come across.

I love it when a plan comes together.
Today I’m thankful for these two spots. The dark spot on the floor and the center of the cross on the windows. These are the places I focus while in balance poses during Yoga. These point me to the here and now. Guideposts to my only true home.
We are in the early planning stages of a California coast trip late March through April 1st. LA to San Fran and more. Stops along the way.
