I’ve found one of the most effective ways to alleviate a sense of panic and anxiety brewing is to simply stop and take a few deep breaths.

Seems more obvious outside of the moment than in it. Hence this gentle note to self.

Last night, I organized my music and wasn’t anywhere near my computer while I did it. A fine evening. I felt better after the process.

This weekend, I’ll work in my book library.
