I know it is anecdotal but I’m stymied by the number of people – mainly men in their 30s 40s and 50s are having or dying from heart attacks post pandemic is deeply unsettling. Another one today which follows another just a couple of days ago.

Update: According to the American Heart Association what I’m seeing isn’t all that anecdotal.
