You know, the more the case is made for Twitter’s new retweet feature, the more I not only understand it – but also agree with it. Most things about the new functionality go to highlight the care and concerns the Twitter team considered when implementing it. Tweetie’s implementation of it on the iPhone is excellent. I also like the fact that one can selectively “turn off” the obsessive retweeters.

I’ve really been enjoying this series on the current state of the Delorean DMC12.

Yes they are still being made. Yes you can purchase one brand new. Yes you will be both the coolest and the dorkiest kid on the block at the same time if you do.

Not just the Tag but a full rundown of all of the watches he has been spotted with. As a watch geek, I’m more than a bit fascinated by this.

Also, if anyone from the Secret Service is reading this, I’d love to get my hands on one of those special issue chronographs.

But the web will still be full of arrogant, uninformed, polarizing, self-promoting, controversy-creating content that has ramifications no one wants to own up to. And consequently, the web will still be lacking in common courtesy, humility, and the admittance that most of us don’t know best. Which is sad, mostly because it’s true.

Our lives are being documented, in ways large and small and trivial and important, and it will all be waiting out there for anybody who has the inclination to find it.

My new favorite thing. Everything about it is perfect.

Loosely defined goals are: 50 individual works/drawings produced between Nov 1 and Nov 30. Extra points if they work together to tell a story or otherwise share an overall theme (people you know, people you saw on the bus, etc).

I’m looking forward to seeing these.
