Homemade Mayo

I made homemade mayonnaise for the first time today. So delicious and easy! As a mayo lover I’m blown away and more than a bit ashamed it took me this long.

Seriously, forget the store bought stuff.

Into a food processor or blender:

  • 2 tbs Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Start the processor and very slowly pour in:

1 and 1/4 cup of Veggie or Olive Oil.

That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

The difference from anything you can get in a store is night and day.
