Bumped Fliers and No Plan B – New York Times

US Airways is particularly bad. It was especially hammered home when, while stuck in Philly, I saw them bump passengers due to weight restrictions. Not the passengers weight mind you. The plane was overweight because it had the luggage of the rest of us who were stranded on it because, while people get bumped, luggage of those people still goes on the flight… Simply unforgivable.  It is one of the many reasons I will never fly them again.
