Been back to my running game after coming off of two injuries that had me out of it for over two months. Still gaining my confidence back and trying to settle back into my stride. These Brooks Ghost 4 shoes that I got on the cheap are helping greatly (supper comfy and just enough support). Been tracking my progress using the Nike+ Running app and posting to Path where you can come cheer me on while I’m running (I literally hear the cheers over the music).
