Here’s a food you should know, if you don’t already: the muffuletta! It’s a giant and delicious New Orleans classic that you really must try if you ever have the chance.
Being from NOLA, I can get behind this. A muffuletta from Central Grocery (currently closed due to fire) is high up on my last meal list.
Even if you were never lucky enough to work with him, or fortunate enough to read his books, without a doubt, Tom Peters has had an impact on your life.
